You might want to give a disclaimer to your promotion of the PGE summer
rate bull.
Evidently you did not read the fine print on the back of the flyer/ad
they sent out. It states that once you "elect" to use a different "rate"
(as in the summer program), you no longer fall under the P.U.C.
regulated rates (that limit rate increases).
Think about that. You may think that $.60 an KW is high for a day, wait
until next year when that is your normal rate. Surprise.
Best part of the flyer I read (the first one they sent out), you can't
go back to your previous rate base either.
