It airs on the third Friday of every month on the opposite week of the Garden Forum. The program features interviews with chefs and cookbook authors as well as national and nutritional experts discussing the issues surrounding food in our culture. |

My guest this month is Wendy Van Wagner, the owner of In The Ktchen--a brand new cooking school located in the 7 Hills Business District in Nevada City. Before coming to Nevada County Wendy operated a home-delivery meal service called First Street Suppers in Los Angeles. She taught cooking and nutrition classes in both public and private schools, including Berkeley Youth Alternatives and the North Oakland Community Charter School. |
